Response cannot be paste in word/text format

Please help fix this bug as I cannot copy Archi’s response and use as direct text format as shown here when I pasted its response on Word document/same format error happened when using Outlook)

In the end, I had to paste the desired text response to the chat box in order for the response to be able to appear in text format and only from this chat box can Archi’s response be pasted as text to other platforms.
